Announcement regarding Sportsbetting in Germany

We regret to inform you that due to German regulatory changes in Sports betting, William Hill has withdrawn its sports betting services for all residents of Germany from midnight on July 20th, 2012 and as a result will no longer accept traffic to its sports sites from there. For now, no other services will be affected (gaming services will operate as usual); please be sure to remove any sports banners and replace them with those promoting our other products, such as casino.
As of now, players can check their accounts and withdraw any outstanding balance on our site by logging in, selecting 'My Account' and then choosing 'Withdraw'.

Please note that any ante-post bets struck before July 20th, 2012 will stand and be settled in accordance with the normal market rules; in the event of any winnings, players will be required to access their account and request a withdrawal.
